PACE — The Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate office in Pace held a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the company’s new memberships in the Pace Chamber of Commerce and Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce.
Wanda Nichols, the Pace office branch manager, headed up the festivities and cut the ribbons for both chamber organizations.
This is the company’s inaugural membership in both chambers under its new ownership and name, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
The 5561 Woodbine Road locationis a residential real estate brokerage company that’s part of 85 offices and 5,100 sales associates serving the communities of Central Florida, Flagler, Brevard, Palm Beach, Southeast Florida, Southwest Florida, Tampa Bay and the Panhandle.
Worldwide, the Coldwell Banker network includes 3,000 offices with almost 86,000 sales associates.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is a subsidiary of NRT LLC, purportedly the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.
