Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office Deputies are on scene at this time on Village Parkway in the Midway area. The SRSO is currently working an incident in which a subject is inside a residence with a weapon and has fired shots. Sheriff's Office SWAT and negotiators are on scene. SRSO PIO Rich Aloy said they believe there are no injuries at this time. The call started approximately two hours ago. Residents in the area are asked to remain indoors and clear of the scene.
