Santa Rosa Tea Party Patriots set candidate forums

PACE — Beginning Monday, June 13, Santa Rosa Tea Party Patriots will have three forums for candidates seeking elected offices.

The first forum is set for 6-8 p.m. at the Pace Community Center, located at the Santa Rosa Sportsplex, 5976 Chumuckla Highway, Pace.

It will feature candidates for clerk of court; county court judge; superintendent of schools; supervisor of elections; school board; state senate; tax collector; and state attorney, according a Tea Party media release.

Announced and qualified candidates, according to VoteSantaRosa.com, include:

●Clerk of court: Donald Spencer, Milton

●County court judge: Robert Hilliard, Pace

●School superintendent: Paul Steele, Navarre; Timothy Wyrosdick, Milton

●Supervisor of elections: Tappie A. Villane, Gulf Breeze

●School board, District 2: Clifton “Buddy” Hinote, Milton; Joseph Pool, Milton

●School board, District 4: Jennifer Granse, Pace

●Tax collector: Dustin Mathews, Milton; Stan Nichols, Pace

The Santa Rosa Tea Party Patriots is a non-partisan group, and all candidates, regardless of party or lack of party, will be invited to participate.
