PENSACOLA – According to the Florida Highway Patrol report, 48 year old Devonna Carter of Pensacola was walking westbound on State Road 292 in the eastbound traffic lane when Amanda Jenkins of Milton, driving a 2010 Cadillac, struck Carter when coming the opposite direction.
Monday, Carter was identified and the report said is still in critical condition at Baptist Hospital. It also said charges are pending on the investigation.
