PENSACOLA, Fla. – Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola is hosting a regional stroke awareness night on Tuesday, May 3 in the Greenhut Auditorium. May is stroke awareness month across the country.
Free, non-fasting cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure screenings will begin at 5 p.m. The Sacred Heart Regional Stroke Center will also be at the seminar offering stroke risk assessments. A complimentary dinner will be served at 5:45 p.m. and the seminar will start at 6:15 p.m.
Speakers will talk about the advancements in treating stroke and the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms when they occur. The experienced regional stroke seminar topics and presenters include:

· Treatment of Aneurysms, Dr. Lincoln Jimenez, Endovascular Neurosurgeon with Sacred Heart Medical Group
