PACE — Pea Ridge Elementary’s 2016-2017 kindergarten registration is April 20-21.
April 20 registration is 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; April 21 registration is 5:30p.m.-7:30p.m. Come to the school office and follow the signs marked Kindergarten Registration.
Children must be 5 years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2016 to be eligible. Parents must bring:
●Birth certificate
●State of Florida Immunization Record (Varicella immunization required)
●State of Florida School Physical (less than one year old when school starts)
●Your child’s Social Security number
●Proof of residence (such as a utility bill, lease agreement)
Call the Santa Rosa Health Department, 983-5200, or your family physician for answers about exemptions from required immunizations.
