TROY, Ala. — Chanda Hawthorne, of Jay, participated in Troy University Department of Theatre and Dance’s April 6-10 production of the musical "Violet.”
Hawthorne served as assistant costume designer for the production, which told the story of a young woman on a cross-country bus trip in search of a TV preacher to heal her scarred face.
The event took place at the Trojan Center Theater on Troy’s campus.
