PACE — Baptist Health Care is building a $6 million medical park in Pace.
Baptist Medical Park Pace — 3874 Highway 90 — will feature Baptist Medical Group primary and specialty physicians, Andrews Institute Rehabilitation, walk-in care, imaging and lab services.
The project includes two phases:
●Phase 1: A two-story, 16,000-square-foot complex will house Baptist Medical Group family medicine and specialty physician offices as well as walk-in care, imaging and lab services. The projected completion date is early 2017.
●The second phase involves renovation of the existing 7,000-square-foot building that will house Andrews Institute Rehabilitation and a BMG Ladies First office. The projected completion date is late summer 2017
