PENSACOLA — The Institute for Women in Politics of Northwest Florida’s lecture, “Crafting Your Message or Shouting into the Wind,” will take place 8:30 a.m. to noon April 16 in Pensacola International Airport’s public conference room.
Travis Peterson, owner of Impact Campaigns, will help participants understand how to develop a clear, cohesive campaign platform; how to communicate effectively with voters individually and in group settings; strategies for staying on message during debates and forums; and strategies for spreading their message through the media.
The workshop is open to the public. Advance registration through April 14 is $25 for institute members and $40 for non-members.
Late registrations — including at the door — are $50. See http://iwpflorida.org/workshop-resources/crafting-your-message-workshop/ to register.
