NAVARRE — The Navarre Garden Club's annual Spring Fling is Friday, April 15 at the Navarre Conference Center.
Shopping is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; the luncheon is 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 8700 Navarre Parkway.
Many Navarre restaurants will serve sample portions of a dish from their menu. Lunch tickets are $12 and should be purchased in advance from any Garden Club member, or by calling Fran at 939-9162.
Plants will be sold at reasonable prices, and talented crafters will sell items for the garden.
In addition, attendees can enter for a chance to win a rain barrel or a hand-painted whimsical garden display item.
The Spring Fling is garden club’s signature fundraiser. Proceeds go toward annual scholarships, and various other educational and community beautification projects.
