●8 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 19
●8 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 20
The school is located at 4560 Pace Patriot Blvd., Pace.
Bring the child’s birth certificate; parent/guardian identification; proof of residence, such as a power bill, water bill or rental agreement; the child's Social Security number; a state of Florida shot record and school physical; and custody papers (if needed).
