The City of Milton is partnering with the University of Florida / IFAS Extension Office of Santa Rosa County to bring residents a beneficial and educational program about Spring Lawn Care on St. Patrick’s Day, (Thursday, March 17th) at 6 p.m. The program, which is free and does not require preregistration, will take place at Milton City Hall located at 6738 Dixon Street.
Learn about proper research-based lawn practices essential for a healthy and beautiful lawn including topics regarding fertilization, weed control, proper irrigation, soil testing and selecting a lawn service. There will be opportunities to ask specific questions about your lawn.
Lee Willingham with the City of Milton’s Landscape Department will also discuss the recent beautification of roadways in the City of Milton.
