Bagdad Elementary School’s Ronda Curtis was named overall Winner for Florida Excellence in Teaching/Agriculture in the classroom.. Curtis said the class created a beautiful "senses" garden at the school, using it as an outdoor classroom. “We are going on year 3 of collaborating with community members, local businesses, parents, military members, Florida Agriculture in the Classroom, and Santa Rosa County School District professionals to add a place of beauty and learning for the entire school,” said Curtis.
