West Florida Baptist Academy hosted the Panhandle Christian Conference basketball Final 4 this past weekend. Competing for the girls were East #1 seed West Florida Baptist Academy Conquerors versus West #2 seed S. L. Jones Christian Warriors (Pensacola) and East #2 seed Emmanuel Christian Warriors (Dothan, AL) versus West #1 seed Central Christian Saints (Robertsdale, AL). The boys' bracket included S. L. Jones (#1 West) versus Emmanuel (#2 East) and Santa Rosa Christian Academy Eagles (#1 East) versus Central Christian (#2 West).
The championship games were a repeat of the Division Championships, as all 4 West teams won their semi-final games. The Lady Saints repeated as girls champions, defeating S.L. Jones 69 – 28 and S.L. Jones repeated their boys championship, defeating Central 65 – 53.
In the consolation games for 3rd, the Lady Conquerors defeated the Lady Warriors of Emmanuel and Santa Rosa defeated Emmanuel.
The Conference MVPs are Haley Henson (Central) and Justice Lymon (S.L. Jones).
