First Presbyterian Church of Milton

Church services are held at 10:30 each Sunday morning. First Presbyterian Church is located at 5203 Elmira Street in historic downtown Milton. This Sunday the sermon will be delivered by Chaplain Rob Sugg. We continue our church wide study of “The Book” with two adult study classes and Sunday school for pre-K and K held in the Fellowship Hall Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. There is a nursery during the church service for infants and toddlers. We welcome all visitors and encourage you to attend if you are new in the area or looking for a church family. Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. for our “Open Hearts” group. This is a ministry for adults with disabilities. As our church is an historic building and the oldest church in Santa Rosa County we are in need of refurbishing. To raise the needed funds we are collecting cans and metal. If you wish to donate please contact Betsy Dodson at 983-7803.

Bagdad United MethodistChurch

When a group of folks need to sing together in unison, or to work together to lift a heavy load, oftentimes, someone will say, "Altogether now!”  This is our theme for this Sunday’s message at our 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. services.  BagdadUnitedMethodistChurch comes together as one, as the Body of Christ, to do things together in unison. Our lives of prayer, worship, praise and caring and sharing are welded together and orchestrated by the Holy Spirit. We examine anew, this week, our commitment to His Church, His work and His outreach, and examine our call to know ourselves to be His People and to know Him to be our God.
