Three months ago I wrote a letter to you complaining about how the countywasted so much money when Pace Water System laid new pipes on East Spencer Field Road. They left our driveway with such a low area that after a rain we had water standing so deep we couldn’t get to our mail box. After many phone calls and a letter written to you, I was able to talk with Rachael Lee, engineer with Pace Water System. She contacted the construction company. A few weeks later, a crew showed up with a load of gravel. Both of them were so efficient, kind and friendly we felt as if we were working with friends. Everything that was promised was delivered. Our driveway now has gravel with a nice hard surface and our approach to the road is smooth. We want to thank Pace Water System and B & W Utility Construction Company for their help and cooperation for fixing our problem.
