Mayor Wesley Meiss introduces “Holtville” village inside city hall. The village is on lend from the family of the late Danny Holt honoring his memory. The collection of Department 56 Snow Village depicts the charm of small town life, said Meiss. Bonnie Holt, wife of the late contractor, said Danny loved the village and would appreciate it being on display.
