Coats for Kids at First Presbyterian

The First Presbyterian Church of Milton seeks to aid in this problem with its annual “Coats for Kids” campaign, through this month to the beginning of January, the church’s first year collecting coats according to the project’s originator Betsy Dodson.

Through January 1, the First Presbyterian Church of Milton invites the community to drop off gently used, clean coats in both children and adult sizes at 5203 Elmira Street. Coat donations can be placed in the box on the porch of the sanctuary. Donated items will be distributed to needy families according to the church’s flyer. The church also notes it will accept financial gifts with the notation “coat donation” with the contribution.
