Santa Rosa Clean Community System (SRCCS) and U. S. Naval Sea Cadets Whiting Division (NSCC) teamed up last week for a "Paint Your Heart Out" project for homeowner Jill Jones. Past Executive Director for SRCCS John Tonkin began the program years ago to help people in need to have their homes repainted at no cost. LTJG Justin Hill NSCC, commanding officer for the cadets, assisted with planning the event.
