St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church invites everyone to its 34th annual International Fall Festival October 9 through 11. The festival opens on that Friday at 5 p.m. and runs until 10 p.m. Saturday, the festival runs from at 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, at noon to 5 p.m. at 6451 Park Avenue.
The festival features International foods, live entertainment, dancing, bingo, petting zoo, children’s activities and raffle. The church’s website www.srolparish.org says the event will include performers such as Chloe Channell, Mass Kunfuzion, The Johansen Family, Father Licari, New Fire, Chasing Fridays, and other local talents. “It also features a 5K Run/Walk, Classic Cars, Indian Motorcycles, Bingo, Raffle, Arts & Crafts, and many scrumptious different Festival Foods.”
A 5k run/walk will also take place Saturday morning, October 10 at 8 a.m. For more information please email iffrunwalk@gmail.com, or complete the application by clicking "Vendor and 5K Registration" located on the church website on the fall festival page.
