Senator Don Gaetz will give a presentation regarding how the arts affect our local economy. He will be speaking on the importance of restoring investments in Florida's arts and culture on Monday, Sep. 14 at 5:30 p.m. at Milton City Hall located at 6738 Dixon Street.
Sen. Gaetz was recently awarded the 2014 State Legislature Arts Leadership Award by the Americans for the Arts. As part of the Public Leadership in the Arts, this award recognizes elected officials who advance the arts and arts education within their communities and whose vision and leadership provide heightened visibility to the value of the arts.
