Milton Police Department released the name of the driver of the car, Laura Cook, 29, who pinned the city garbage truck worker yesterday morning. The accident happened at 7:10 a.m. on Magnolia Street in Milton as Pat Wilcox, 34, was loading yard debris in the back of garbage vehicle. Wilcox was pronounced dead at the scene. Milton Police Department is investigating the accident and subsequent death.
