Pace High School graduates, Claire Taylor and Cole Peaden each received $1,000 scholarships from the Rotary Club of Pace. Claire was the recipient of the Principles of Rotary Scholarship and Cole received the Rick Scherling Scholarship. Claire plans to attend Troy State University and Cole will attend the University of West Florida. The checks were presented by Rotary President Frank Riehle at the club's regular breakfast meeting at Stonebrook on July 9 with the recipients' parents and grandparents in attendance.
