Santa Rosa Summer Job Fair happening tomorrow

CareerSource Escarosa, the nonprofit organization tasked with supporting the workforce needs of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, and Pensacola State College are partnering to host the Santa Rosa Summer Job Fair on Wednesday at the PSC Milton campus.

According to a press release from CareerSource Escarosa, the job fair will give local job seekers the opportunity to network with more than 50 area employers seeking to fill open employment positions.  

Some of the many career fields represented at the event include healthcare, information technology, aerospace, administration, hospitality, customer service, retail, communication, government, corrections and more.

The job fair is free with no reservations required to attend. Attendees are encouraged to dress professionally and bring plenty of copies of their resume.

Those planning to attend the event are also encouraged to register with the Employ Florida Marketplace website at  EmployFlorida.com before attending the event or bring their CareerSource Escarosa customer scan card in order to avoid waiting at the event’s check-in line.  

The event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Johnson L.I.F.E. Center/Sports Complex (Bldg. 4000).
