The Navy League of Santa Rosa County recognizes Walt Reece, vice president of membership development for receiving the Scroll of Honor from the Navy League. The award is the highest on the region, area and council levels. It can be awarded to government employees, uniformed or civilian who have contributed in an outstanding manner to the furtherance of Navy League programs and/or individuals, companies or corporations making similar contributions.
