Hey this is Dennis Dean, just thinking about Fort Pickens and other state and federal property. The real kick in the butt is you use our money to purchase state and federal property. You use our money to maintain the property and the facilities and then you charge us to use the same property we brought. In some cases you restrict our access to said property or deny all access.

This is Elizabeth and I have read and read and read and hear the powers that be that discuss and talk the courthouse to death. They have probably spent enough money on surveys to where they could have probably have built it. I have a suggestion, they either need to go or get off the pot. Thank you.

This is Mark of Pace. Regarding the courthouse, the elected officials have stated they will not demolish the old courthouse and will need to renovate it. The renovated costs of the old courthouse will likely be $20 million dollars, even though it will not be used as a courthouse. The new courthouse will cost $40 million dollars, $30 to $40 million dollars.
