Mayor invites citizens for ‘Breakfast’ and conversation

City of Milton Mayor Wesley Meiss is inviting residents to join him for the first ‘Breakfast with the Mayor’ this Saturday at the West Florida Train Museum. Mayor Meiss plans to make the ‘breakfast’ event a monthly opportunity in which citizens can meet with the mayor and discuss the topics which are important to them.

Meiss, who will be providing donuts and coffee, wants to engage attendees in multiple topics relating to the city, including Sunday alcohol sales, the U.S. Hwy. 90 PD & E Study and any other topics attendees want to discuss.

The mayor plans to regularly have the ‘breakfast’ events on the first Saturday morning of each month. The event will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. in the dining car at the train museum, located at 5003 Henry Street in Milton.
