Yes this is Bob G. from East Milton. I just wanted to say the contractor doing the bridge work over East Milton there is doing a real good job. The temporary road they’re putting in gets in disrepair because of the large trucks but they’ve done a commendable job of keeping that road in good repair. Hopefully some of our other contractors in the area will take notice and do the same.

Hello, Mary, this is my answer to your question about the killing of the two Mississippi policemen. Most of the white people believe in law and order and let the courts decide who is innocent or guilty but people who loot and burn buildings and cars and throw rocks at policemen, they are animals and it can only be corrected by their parents or parent who raised them. This is Molly in Milton. I read your article on economic growth in this morning’s paper. What I would like to know is why we no longer have industry in Santa Rosa County? Why are we looking for companies who only can employ 200 or less? Where are the mills and plants who can give our children real jobs to raise families? Are we scared of environmentalist? Do we not have people in the commission who know how to speak the language of industry or are we settling for being a bedroom community for Pensacola?
