Traffic on State Road 281(Avalon Boulevard) between Interstate 10 and San Pablo Street in Santa Rosa County will be transitioned to the newly constructed northbound lanes Friday, Feb. 20 as crews make repairs to the southbound roadway. One lane in each direction will be maintained at all times. Traffic flaggers will be on site to assist during the traffic switch.
All planned construction activities are weather dependent and may be re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to use extra caution, especially at night, when traveling through a construction work zone.
