Greg and Mary Allen are inviting area singles and couples to attend their Valentine’s Day Adult Christian Singles Dinner Party at Doris Heart and Soul restaurant on February 15th.
Mary, who works for her husband’s construction company, said the event was created to give the single church members at the Deliverance Tabernacle Worship Center in Milton, a Valentine’s Day event to participate in.
“We did this because of the single people at our church, they are looking for something to do,” she said.
Not only is the event open to singles in the community, it is also open to married couples as well, Allen said.
Attendees are welcome to stay at the Christian-themed event for as long as they like, Allen said. The event begins at 6 p.m. and ends at midnight. In addition to the food, the event will feature games and door prizes, she said.
Tickets, which are $14 per person, are currently available at A Joyful Noise music store in Milton and Lifeway Christian Stores in Pensacola. Tickets will be sold the day of the event at the door. For more information on the event call, 400-1108.
