Yeah this is Bobby. You know they kind of snuck that ECUA in on us as far as picking up our trash. There must be money to be made or they wouldn’t want to come over here and do it. It would have made more sense to me if they just expanded the city of Milton, and let them make the money. Expand the city of Gulf Breeze if they have such a thing and let them make the money, Jay or whoever and make the money in Santa Rosa County. They’re always telling us about shopping local so that would be the county shopping local. Just wondering. Thank you.

I am so thrilled that we have one major garbage truck, ECUA, now. This is good for our roads, less big truck traffic. It’s safer for children and drivers. Hopefully they will be more careful in preventing loose garbage flying off the truck. It’s cheaper. They come twice a week. I know have a rolling 95 gallon recycling can. They pick up yard debris every two weeks, side pickup for the disabled. This is all good. Thank you to all those responsible for finally making this happen. This is Jan.

Hi, this is Judy, and I once worked with a man from a communist country that came to America for freedom of choice. He wanted to be a doctor but his country forced him to be a chemist instead. Yes, he had a job but he had no choice in what job to take. A little at a time, our government, big or small, is chipping away at our freedom of choice. I don’t like it and I will always voice my opinion. I also will never support any of the county commissioners that voted to take away my freedom of choice. And yes, I do agree that the Press Gazette is awesome and I thank them for everything they do. May you have a blessed 2015.

Thank you for the opportunity to speak whatever’s on my mind and I was calling in reference to the opinion speak out part of Mary who thought that the guy who shot the two police officers was not insane that he’s trying to play crazy. She thought that he was a Muslim, however, there have been lots of white people that kill people and play crazy and I’m wondering they’re not Muslim but are they terrorists also.

This is Mary, a concerned senior citizen. I’d like to make a quote by Noah Webster. This is pertaining to all the bad things going on in the country right now, the liberals and the unbelievers trying to do away with Gods’ word and any mention or reference to Him. This is the quote: “The moral principles and precepts contained in the scriptures are to form the basis of all civil constitutions and laws.” That was a quote by Noah Webster. Thank you.

Yes, I just called for the new ECUA service for the north Pace area. The answering service, the lady wanted my driver’s license number, my date of birth. I have no idea what my driver’s license, whether I drive or not, or how old I am has anything to do with getting service started. Either they need to send me a bill and when they cash my check give me a bucket. I’ll pay it every quarter, or take a credit card which if it gets stolen I could cancel it within five minutes. Why they need all this personal information on anybody is ridiculous and somebody needs to stop it right now because it’s going to get stolen off their database some time may be next year or 5 years from now or whatever but how old you are or whether you drive or not is none of ECUA’s business. All they have to do is come by and pick up and empty carton of milk. Thank you.

This is A.W. I, too, am upset about the county commissioners forcing us to use ECUA. I have used WM for over 20 years. I hope that someone in authority does look into this for us. Thank you so much for letting me Speak Out. God bless.

Hey, this is Dennis Dean. About three years ago a lady I did business with told me she had taken the flu shot weeks earlier and that she had been sick as a dog ever since. A couple of months later she died. Does a flu shot help or does it give you the flu? I wonder what percentage of the people that take the flu shot get the flu.
