The Milton Police Department is seeking Corey Lee Mitchem as a person of interest in reference to a home invasion robbery which occurred on Tuesday night at an apartment on Magnolia Street.
Captain Tony Tindell said two suspects entered the apartment, one armed with a shotgun, and demanded money from the three residents at the apartment. Tindell said the suspects left with a wallet from one of the residents.
According to a press release from the Milton PD, one of the suspects is an unknown black male. In addition to wearing dark clothing, the suspect was also wearing a bandana to cover his face.
Tindell said investigators collected evidence at the scene to be further examined.
