UPDATED:Okaloosa Sheriff’s Office issues child alert for three missing Navarre children

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of these three children are asked to contact the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office at 850-651-7400 or contact Investigator Lynn Stevenson at 797-9012.

Update: The missing/endangered children alert issued by the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office has been cancelled. According to a press release from the OCSO, Courtney William Howell became aware of the alert and returned the children to thier legal guardian in Santa Rosa County. Investigators report the children are safe and in good condition.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has issued a missing/endangered child alert for three Navarre children believed to be with their biological father, Courtney William Howell.

The OCSO reports a custodial family member allowed Courtney to spend the holidays with his children −  Arrianna, 6, Keondre, 10 and 13-year-old Deshawn Howell – at their Navarre residence. In a press release from the OCSO, the department has received a report stating Courtney is on methamphetamine and hallucinating.  Courtney was last seen in the area of Bradford Place in Fort Walton Beach traveling with the children on foot. The OCSO states their current location is unknown at this time.
