Mr. and Mrs. Frank Frazier, Pace, hope to alleviate the stress on impoverished local families by providing jackets for children. Frank, a retired Escambia County Deputy, visited W. H. Rhodes Elementary School on Wednesday, November 19th. He delivered 50 brand new jackets to Principal Tom Kennell. Thanks to the generosity of Mr. & Mrs. Frazier, many Rhodes’ students will be able to keep warm as the temperature continues to decline.
