Veteran’s Day, Tuesday, November 11 gives civilians an opportunity to say thank you to those who sacrificed their time and efforts to give citizens so many freedoms most cannot count. Next Tuesday’s celebration begins with Veteran’s Parade at 9:30 a.m., beginning at Milton High School. The parade will turn left on Berryhill Street and right on Willing Street, cross Highway 90 and end at Santa Rosa County’s Veteran’s Memorial Plaza. The keynote speaker this year is Herman Spencer, 28 year veteran.
