Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office reports an arrest of a Lake Butler, Florida man for lewd, lascivious behavior, molestation of a victim less than 12 years old by a person over 18. Reports said Timothy E. Whitehead, 56, was arrested after Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reported an alleged sexual abuse occurring in Milton. Reports said the victim reported molestation that happened at a duplex at the end of a cul-de-sac in staff housing for the Santa Rosa State Prison. Reports said the victim told a parent.
