Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office (SRSO) reports a multiple stabbing in Navarre Saturday morning at 3:45 a.m. Reports said the male victim was stabbed, with possible disfigurement to his hands, face, chest, and abdomen area. The suspect Brandon Lee Johnson, 25, Navarre, was leaving the scene when deputies arrived, according to reports. Deputies said he was quickly taken into custody without incident. SRSO, fire and EMS entered the home and found the victim lying on the floor. The victim was transported via Lifeguard Air Ambulance to a local hospital and was listed in critical condition. Reports said Johnson was arrested and charged with stabbing the victim intentionally and knowingly with a deadly weapon (knife); a formal charge of aggravated battery. He is being held without bond at the Santa Rosa County Jail. Santa Rosa County Public Information Officer Rich Aloy said the case is still under investigation and further information will be released as it is made available.
