Florida Highway Patrol reports an accident Sunday on I-10 in Okaloosa County involving one vehicle driven by Jessica Notorio Javier, 18, Pace, and passenger Taylor Spring Scott, 18, Freeport. Reports said Javier was driving on I-10 westbound in heavy rain when she lost control of the vehicle, leaving the roadway and entering the center median. Reports said the car traveled approximately 192 feet and overturned, coming to a rest upside down in the median. Javier was listed in serious condition and both persons were taken to North Okaloosa Medical Center.
