The Open Rose Florist gave away over 6,000 beautiful roses Wednesday in honor of Good Neighbor Day. Everyone was invited to stop by the shop to pick up a dozen roses, free of charge. Each recipient must pledge to keep one and share the rest with 11 other unsuspecting people.
