Gulf Power’s Milton office gets new manager

Steve Rhodes

Steve Rhodes has been selected to serve as Gulf Power’s Milton office manager. Rhodes will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team at the office and working to engage and support the community on behalf of Gulf Power.

Rhodes was born in Milton and began his career with Gulf Power in 1989 as an Appliance deliveryman. He has served as a Residential Energy consultant since 2011.

“I’m excited about this because Milton is my hometown and my family has been residents of the area for more than 100 years,” Rhodes said. “Now I’ll get an opportunity to serve in the community that has done so much for me and my family. I look forward to being able to work with our customers face-to-face and I’m happy to take on the challenge of making sure we’re meeting their needs.”

Rhodes plans to participate in local military affairs, economic development activities, Santa Rosa, Pace and Century Chambers of Commerce and other charitable activities, such as United Way.
