Tara Braswell speaks at Sunrise Kiwanis

Tara Braswell, a Home Health Care nurse with Baptist Hospital, is shown receiving a Milton Pride tag holder from Santa Rosa Sunrise Kiwanis President Jack Culberson.  Ms. Braswell explained the Home Health Care nurse is a "go-between" solution between the doctor and the patient.  Nursing has been her profession for over sixteen years and she explained to the membership how varied and important home therapy is for the patient in their home environment.  Steps, access, etc and what is the best way to help and strengthen the patient before they move on to outpatient therapy.  She also explained Medicare has loosened their restrictions on Home Health Care.  Santa Rosa Sunrise Kiwanis welcomes all to their Wednesday morning 7 a.m. breakfast meeting at Tanglewood Golf Course where all are welcome.
