Milton Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance complaint Monday regarding yelling and threatening an elderly woman. Clayton Webb Mapoles, 49, was arrested for threatening and pushing his grandmother. Reports said Mapoles was angry with his grandmother for helping his younger brother. Officers said Mapoles said he was yelling at his grandmother because she was taking care of his brother who “lies in his bed all day and does nothing, while I work, clean and make supper every night,” reports said. Mapoles also said his grandmother is paying his brother’s bills, according to reports.
Milton Police Department said Mapoles shoved his grandmother while holding a photo of his daughter to his grandmother’s face. After speaking to his grandmother, MPD said she told them she wanted Mapoles out of the house. According to reports, Mapoles also had a Domestic Violence Injunction Protection to protect his grandmother. He is being charged with contempt of court violating injunction of protection domestic violence, battery, and crimes against person abuse elderly or disabled without great harm and currently being held at Santa Rosa County Jail with $4,500 bond.
