Gulf Power pays for old refrigerators

According to Natalie Smith, communications specialist for Gulf Power, the power company now has an appliance recycling program for GP customers who want to get rid of working refrigerators and freezers. Gulf Power, she said, won't charge anything to pick up a unit and will pay $35 for them. There is a limit of two units for every household.
