Saturday, July 19, Dan Belanger and The Bar Milton Strength and Conditioning Gym present The Keg Party Strongman Showdown sponsored by Ollie's Neighborhood Grill, North American Strongman, Inc., and Mega Muscle Sports Nutrition. Competitors will lift logs, carry kegs, and deadlift a car. Women may compete. The entry fee is $65. The entry deadline for the contest is this Saturday, July 12 with a $25 late fee after deadline. Rules will be read at 10:30 with an 11 a.m. start time rain or shine. Weigh-ins are scheduled for Friday 5 to 7 p.m. at The Bar 6410 Highway 90 suite D in Milton. Late check-in is Saturday from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at Ollie's with the awards ceremony there and an after-party.
