Where there is smoke, there’s fire

Dear Editor,

As a Constitutional lawyer and former teacher of the Constitution Barack Obama doesn't understand the 5th Amendment. Before the Super Bowel during an interview with Bill O'Reilly, Obama answered a question as to whether or not there was corruption in the IRS. He said there was not even a smidgen of corruption. Louis Leaner as former head of the IRS, pleaded the 5th Amendment allowing her not to testify in front of a Congressional investigative committee. The 5th Amendment allows a citizen not to testify, (answer questions), because by doing so, they may incriminate themselves. The defense attorneys for Louis Leaner based pleading the 5th Amendment on the information she offered them. Now that information must have been self incriminating to follow her lawyers recommendations to plead the 5th. A person who knows they are not guilty of a crime would testify, presenting evidence and witnesses that counter the prosecution's evidence that was admitted in court or a investigative committee. So for Barack Obama to state "not even a smidgen of corruption" means he either doesn't understand the 5th Amendment or if he does understand, he lied again (if you like your insurance and you like your doctor you can keep them, period), to the American public. You decide, is he stupid, a liar, or a stupid liar?

Now the public should understand why 7 of the top IRS computers crashed at the same time, hard drives being destroyed, and witnesses from the IRS not being allowed to testify in front of the investigative committee. Where there is lots of smoke there is a good size fire.
