This is Kenneth. I’m speaking on the VA problem. Our local representative is the head of the VA committee in Congress. Why did he not know this problem was going on before? Was it because he failed to take notice of people complaining about this problem? Now, they called for the resignation of the head man in the VA. Well, I think he’s not the only one responsible. Our congressional representative refuses to take any responsibility for what has happened. I feel he should be held responsible just like the head of the VA. I hope the voters in this district remember this in the upcoming election.

Yes, this is Doc. I just wanted to say I think it’s an absolute shame or a crime even what took place in the City of Milton council; selecting arbitrarily, and picked one person out of five to replace Mr. White’s chair. One person gets selected. No discussion. That’s the city of Milton for you.

This is DLB. It is a pleasure to ride along Hwy 90 in the City of Milton. The flowers and plants are well planned and coordinated. They are simply beautiful. With pride, I sincerely thank those responsible.

Yeah, this is Bobby. In the Speak-Out column Wednesday afternoon, somebody’s got in there they want the rivers cleaned out and all this. When they say there’s debris, they don’t mean trash. A river’s a natural thing. It’s got limbs, trees, stumps, all kind of things in it. If you want to go into a waterway with no debris, it would have to be a pool. Thank you.
