According to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested Latarrence Jerome Graham, 31 of Pensacola for the possession and production of the controlled substance methamphetamine Tuesday. Reports state the investigation began February 21, 2013 after an incident the day before related to a suspected clandestine methamphetamine laboratory. Based on witness testimony, detectives began to investigate attempted and completed purchases of pseudoephedrine, a required ingredient in the manufacture of methamphetamine, by Latarrence Graham. Detectives concluded from their investigation, according to reports, Graham did acquire pseudoephedrine products for use in the manufacture of methamphetamine. Reports listed Graham as a wanted fugitive for approximately the last six months before his arrest Tuesday.
