Within two years Home Away USA was vetted by the US Department of State and now on the websites of all the Florida universities, colleges and major employers.
These J1 foreign university students come for seasonal employment on their university break and the employer for this group just happens to be Publix Supermarkets, major Florida employers for students. Like many our J1 employers, Publix has gone out of their way to provide an employment program that also offers the opportunity for these students to enjoy American cultural activities and stay in the home of an American family. A real win-win for everyone involved.
