An employee of the Santa Rosa State Corrections Institution, Billy Chad Gibson, 37 was arrested by Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Deputies and charged with 10 counts of Capitol Sex Battery on a child less than 12 years of age. Reports say the charges occurred between 2012 and 2013.
Deputy Rich Aloy, public information officer for SRCSO says Gibson was the focal point of an investigation conducted by Major Crimes Detectives involving sexual related crimes. Aloy says Gibson’s bail was set at $1.5 million and is currently at the SRC jail.
