Attorney General Pam Bondi Announces Anti-Human Trafficking TV monitor displays at Florida rest area

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Attorney General Pam Bondi today announced that there are now anti-human trafficking messages displayed at the 39 rest areas throughout Florida that are equipped with TV monitors, spanning from the Panhandle to the Everglades. The image includes the following text, “Join the effort to stop human trafficking. Report suspicious activity to local law enforcement. To learn more, visit MyFloridaLegal.com.” The Attorney General’s Office worked with the Florida Department of Transportation to disseminatethis message.

“January is National Human Trafficking Awareness month, and I am dedicated to doing everything I can to raise awareness and encourage Floridians to consider what they can do to help end this horrific crime,” stated Attorney General Pam Bondi.
